1. AGREEMENT — By using RestoFlow QR, you agree to these Terms. Contact: [email protected]
2. THE SERVICE — QR-based customer retention: custom QR codes, SMS dashboard, automated sequences, review funnel, guided onboarding.
3. FEES — Setup: one-time, non-refundable after onboarding. Monthly: billed every 30 days, includes 5,000 SMS. Overage: $0.01/SMS charged automatically.
4. CANCELLATION — Cancel anytime with 30 days written notice to [email protected]. Access continues until end of billing period. No partial refunds.
5. GUARANTEE — If fewer than 50 contacts captured in 30 days (after completed onboarding + QR codes placed as instructed within 7 days of signup) = free extended support for up to 60 additional days.
6. SMS COMPLIANCE — You agree to: only message opted-in customers, comply with CASL (Canada) and TCPA (USA), honor all STOP requests immediately, not send spam or illegal content.
7. DATA OWNERSHIP — All customer data owned by you. We process it as your service provider only.
8. ACCEPTABLE USE — No unlawful use, no spam, no reverse-engineering, no reselling without written permission.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY — Maximum liability = fees paid in prior 3 months.
10. GOVERNING LAW — Laws of Quebec, Canada. Disputes resolved in Quebec courts.
