3. HOW WE USE IT — To provide the service, send automated SMS on behalf of clients, process payments, improve the platform, and comply with legal obligations.

4. SMS COMMUNICATIONS — By submitting your phone number via QR code, you consent to receive SMS from the local business whose QR you scanned. Approx. 4 msgs/month. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for help. We never sell phone numbers to third parties.

5. DATA OWNERSHIP — All customer data belongs to you (the business client). We act as data processor only. Export or delete your data anytime from your dashboard.

6. YOUR RIGHTS — Canada (Quebec Law 25 / PIPEDA): right to access, correct, or delete your data. USA: additional state-specific rights may apply. Contact us for details.

7. DATA RETENTION — Deleted within 30 days of cancellation upon request.
